Transition to NAATI certification

Information for those yet to transition to the new NAATI certification system.

If you hold accreditation rather than certification you may not receive requests for work from agencies who will be using only certified interpreters to fulfill work for government contracts that specify certification credentials.

Applications to transition to NAATI’s Certification system close

31 December 2019. All applications received on or before this date will be processed. Please note we are expecting higher than usual amounts of applications, thus there might be a delay in processing.

Please advise your language service provider(s) or agency to ensure your details are up to date; once your application has been processed and you have received your Certification.
