Do you sometimes feel you’re out there all alone? Working in a silo without colleagues to talk to, reflect with, gripe to, or even just with whom you can shoot the breeze? In fact, what does ‘shoot the breeze’ even mean and how would you interpret that differently between a Principal and child, or two teachers? We are very aware that educational interpreters often work without much collegiate support so we’d love to provide you with an opportunity to chat, network and find out more about other EIs and your IES committee.

We’ll be holding our next PD – Ask Us Anything – on Wednesday, June 14, 6-8pm AEST on Zoom. There will be opportunities to chat as a group and also in break out groups based on your state/territory, so you can get to know your neighbours a little better. Bring along your questions, ideas, dilemmas, and feedback; we’re open to it all!
