Volunteer at ANC2026

Interested in volunteering at ANC2026? We’d love to have your help with various tasks throughout the conference, such as preparing for delegates, assisting with registration, and ensuring sessions run smoothly. 

What you need to know:

Please note that as a volunteer, you’ll need to cover your own travel, accommodation, and other expenses. However, in return, you’ll receive a complimentary ticket to ‘The Party’ – a fun social event on Saturday evening, along with a certificate of appreciation.

All volunteers are required to attend a virtual induction & Q&A on Tuesday 22nd September 2026 at 6:30PM (AEST).

For transparency, we prefer volunteers who can commit to volunteering for the entire weekend. If you are available for most of the time but have some ‘not available’ time slots, please still submit your Expression of Interest (EOI)! 

If you’re already scheduled to present at ANC2026, you won’t be able to volunteer as well.
