This informative and hands on PD will be presented by Deafblind people and experienced Deafblind interpreters. You will get tips, strategies and insights into explaining medical terminology in a variety of communication methods needed to work successfully with Deafblind people in medical settings.

This PD is open to all, whether you are someone who has never worked with Deafblind people before or an interpreter wanting to broaden their skills and improve their practice this will be an excellent day with plenty of opportunity for practice and discussion.
