After working in different roles at Vicdeaf (now Expression Australia) he went on to complete his Diploma of Interpreting in 2019. He successfully obtained his NAATI Certified Provisional Interpreter in April 2020 and his Certified Interpreter qualification in October 2023 and has now begun studying the Post-Grad Diploma at Macquarie Uni.
Alex’s introduction to VRI work was during the Victoria lockdowns of 2020, as fate would have it, his love and skill of all things technological would be a great aid. Now Alex finds most but not all his work is onsite, often shifting modalities throughout any one day.
